Hi, this is Virginia Franklin. I would like to share with you some of my philosophy which comes from the Bible.
I will also share with you the Bible verses:
You will see in life, or with God, you cannot operate without faith. Whether we are walking across the room,
or sitting on a chair, we have to have faith that we will get across the room as we have done many times before;
and that the chair will not collapse. Faith, Faith, Faith. It is everywhere we go and in everything we do.
It is the same with finances. We have to have faith that they will get better, then it is necessary to do
something, like create a plan, or get more knowledgewhich will create a change in our finances.
When we want a change in our lives, whatever that is, first of all after planning, we have to believe, without reservation,
that it will occur. Sometimes visualizing it can help.
Hebrews 11:1 Faith is the assured expectation of what is hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities that are not seen.
Let us break this down:

“Faith is the assured expectation” = we expect, then it will happen.

“of what is hoped for” = what we really want.

“the evident demonstration of realities that are not seen” = a demonstration of what will become real, though we cannot see it.
As we can see from above, we have to believe in unseen realities, occurring without doubt.
Another thing that can bring us down is our own negativity. We need to rise above that in order to succeed.
Proverbs 18:21 "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
It is very specific here and in many other places in the Bible. This verse is letting us know that what we speak will become a reality and will give life or death to our existence.
Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
We need to renew our mind. The brain is pre-programmed. We need to re-program it.
When we have conquered negativity and have a positive desire/expectation, then it is time to take our decision to God, or not. We do have that choice.
Joshua 24:15 "But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
I have to tell you, that our unwavering decisive belief will always occur, because it is a matter of faith, producing results.
You can see this evident in the negative person, making things - all the time - happen to them, of a negative nature. You can also see it in non-believers, producing successful businesses, but will they keep their successes without God?
If we choose to go to God, please realize we cannot go to Him without unwavering faith in what we are asking for. It will not happen. That is just a fact. Also in life it will not work.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
We are partners with God, when we ask His help. God wants us to believe in what we are asking for, and we need to at least contribute that. Then we have to continue to believe while we are making it happen.
People ask me "What about the Plan God has for us?" Then it is our choice to follow it. We do not have to. We may have other plans and that is OK. He can grant those too. But don't forget He can see far in the future and may not grant everything we ask and believe, because it may not be good for us. He loves us.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
For me, I have adopted the following: I take my unwavering, decisive plan to God. I visualize and maintain it all the time in my mind. Then I start on the steps of the plan and see what happens, calmly and with faith. I only want my plan to succeed if God wants it. It will happen in God's time.
When it comes to God's timing, He may be waiting for the right time of our growth, or another's, to make certain doors open for us. This could happen quickly, or take months, or years and it may not happen at all.
2 Peter 3:8 “But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”
God - ultimately - is in control. He created everything we see.
Job 26:7 He stretches out the north over the void and hangs the earth on nothing.
If we want to operate outside of God's love and mercy and the wonderful walk with Him, since God is a God of choice, we can do that. Please remember this lifetime is relatively short and we have an eternity to live with God and Jesus on this planet, in Paradise, after this lifetime. I find this an exciting prospect, a wonderful life of love, communication, endeavors and creation in its various forms, but without evil.
Revelation 21:2-5 A New Heaven and a New Earth
2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
Of course, we can always join Satan. He will make a plan with us, but since he is the ultimate liar, I would not recommend it.
1 John 3:8 The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.
And even then, Satan's future is doomed.
Revelation 20:1-6 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. 2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
WITH GOD ALL IS POSSIBLE
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Psalm 37:4-5 Find exquisite delight in Jehovah, And he will grant you the desires of your heart.
DO NOT WORRY
When you are worrying, it means you do not have enough faith. With faith there is no worry.
Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”
It can be Christmas every day in our lives. But do remember that Satan is the ruler of this planet.
Revelation 12:12 So be joyful, you heavens! Be glad, all you who live there! But how terrible it will be for the earth and the sea! The devil has come down to you. He is very angry. He knows his time is short."
1 Peter 5:8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Don't get emotionally involved (fleshly emotions). Satan only has the control over us, which we allow him. God is always there, He is with us all the time. All we have to do is to ask His help.
Life is full of ups and downs. It comes with the territory. I treat the highs and lows of life as just a game - and fun, as if I am on a very easy roller coaster, with a gentle sunny breeze on my face and the joys of laughter around me.
