Virginia Franklin plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the .USA Branch's fiscal function and performance. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership. Virginia is responsible for establishing events and coordination with outside projects, in order to join together groups of like mind.

Lisa Martin, as vice president of the USA branch of Kids and Drugs, works closely with Virginia Franklin and assigns responsibilities, develops functional roles, and oversees operations to ensure that the President and CEO’s vision is carried out.
Lisa has had extensive Experience with Management, Leadership and Ability to Motivate others.
International Actitities and Events Director for Kids and Drugs USA.
Ken creates international events and activities. Ken works closely with Virginia Franklin President and CEO and Lisa Martin, Vice President to coordinate international events.
Ken also aligns with Dan Watspn, Chief Financial Officer for financial feasibility and Toni Davis, the Office Manager.

Events Coordinator, Kids and Drugs USA.
Susan Gatcia is an experienced Event Coordinator and manager for the USA branch of Kids and Drugs' small and large events.
She has the responsibility of managing all events for the organization and all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events.
Susan is extremely organized and is able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously.
Chief Financial Officer, Kids and Drugs USA.
Dan manages the USA Kids and Drugs long-term and day-to-day monetary operations and strategy of the USA branch. Dan oversees incoming and outgoing payments, budget creation, cash management (treasury), accounting, financial reporting and many other tasks related to the finances Kids and Drugs.
Dan works closely with Virginia Franklin , President and CEO and Lisa Martin, the Vice President, recommending financial and tax strategies.
Office Manager, Kids and Drugs USA.
Toni Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Toni essentially ensures the smooth running of the USA branch of Kids and Drugs office on a day-to-day basis and sometimes manages a team of administrative or support staff.
